What the job really is

As a Crisis Therapist at MIND 24-7, you will provide urgent behavioral health assessments and crisis stabilization for individuals in acute mental health situations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver immediate clinical support, coordinate care, and ensure continuity of treatment. This role is on-site with a schedule of Wednesday to Saturday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM, focusing on making a difference in the lives of those in crisis.
