What the job really is

As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at MIND 24-7, you will support patients in crisis stabilization and psychiatric care, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting security screenings, responding to escalated behaviors, assisting with daily living activities, and documenting patient interactions in the Electronic Health Record. You will collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to provide immediate mental health support.
