Maintenance Technician- Thorncroft Farms

The Maintenance Technician at Thorncroft Farms Apartments will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks including cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas, completing maintenance service requests, performing appliance repairs, painting, and managing apartment turnovers. The role also involves taking emergency calls and requires a strong customer service focus and teamwork.
