Leasing Consultant - Landing at College Square Apartments

As a Leasing Consultant at Landing at College Square Apartments, you will provide exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents. Your daily tasks will include greeting potential residents, qualifying applicants, coordinating move-ins with maintenance staff, managing rental files, preparing and overseeing lease signings, and addressing resident concerns professionally.

• $22-$24/hour DOE
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses
• Company profit sharing
• Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year
