Maintenance Technician - Ridge at Castle Rock

The Maintenance Technician at Ridge at Castle Rock will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks including cleaning grounds and common areas, completing service requests, performing appliance repairs, painting, and managing apartment turnovers. The role requires a strong customer service focus and the ability to work in a team, with responsibilities also including taking emergency calls and being available for on-call rotation.

• $25-$26/hour DOE
