Maintenance Technician- Axcess15

The Maintenance Technician at Axcess15 Apartments in Portland, OR will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks including cleaning grounds and common areas, completing service requests, performing appliance repairs, and handling apartment turnovers. The role requires a strong customer service focus and the ability to work as part of a team, with duties also including taking emergency calls and being available for an on-call rotation.
