Maintenance Technician - Neon Local Apartments

As a Maintenance Technician at Neon Local Apartments, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks including cleaning grounds and common areas, completing service requests, performing appliance repairs, and handling apartment turnovers. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work well in a team, as well as being available for on-call emergencies.

• $24-$25/hour DOE
