  • 10+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role
  • Strong Windows Server administration experience, including Windows Server 2019 and/or Windows Server 2022
  • Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, PKI/certificate services, clustered services, IIS, and core Windows Server roles
  • Experience administering or troubleshooting modern Linux distributions, preferably Ubuntu and/or RHEL
  • Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
Nice to have
  • Server+, RHCSA, Microsoft server-focused certification, or equivalent enterprise infrastructure certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field
