What the job really is

As a Compensation Manager at Metropolis, you will serve as a strategic partner for Operations and Growth organizations, managing high-volume pay structures and compliance for frontline teams. Your responsibilities include designing and auditing pay structures, drafting sales incentive plans, and conducting compensation analyses to provide insights to leadership. You will also collaborate with HR Operations to maintain compensation data and support equity administration during peak cycles.
