What the job really is

As a Compensation Manager at Metropolis, you will serve as a strategic partner in managing compensation for both Operations and Growth organizations. Your role will involve designing and maintaining pay structures, ensuring compliance with wage laws, drafting sales incentive plans, and analyzing compensation data to provide insights to leadership. You will also collaborate with HR and operational teams to enhance compensation processes and support high-volume hiring initiatives.
