Corporate Counsel

As a Corporate Counsel at Metropolis, you will support the Senior Counsel by providing legal guidance across various business regions. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, assisting with compliance matters, and developing legal strategies that align with the company's innovative technology and urban mobility solutions. You will also adopt AI tools to enhance the efficiency of the legal team's workflows and manage outside counsel as needed.

• Base salary range of $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 USD annually
