What the job really is

As a mid-level Rust Developer at Metron, you will be responsible for building and optimizing production software that supports simulation, optimization, and decision support in mission-focused environments. You will work within a large Rust codebase, collaborating with researchers and engineers to translate complex algorithms into efficient software, while also integrating with backend services and frontend applications.
