What the job really is

The Process Engineer, Partner Integration will work with newly acquired partner firms to understand their operations and workflows, documenting current processes and mapping them to Mercer Advisors' architecture. This role involves building a structured integration framework, facilitating communication between various departments, and supporting change management during transitions. The position requires travel to partner firm locations for onsite discovery and planning.
