What the job really is

As the Design Director at Mentimeter, you will lead the design direction for the Engagement Tools and Insights area, focusing on transforming user experiences and driving measurable product impact. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders, shape new AI-powered products, and ensure coherence across the Engagement Suite. Your role will also involve developing and mentoring a team of designers, while pushing the boundaries of design practice through AI.
