As a Residential Counselor at WellPower, you will work directly with consumers to support their daily living activities and facilitate their recovery journey. Your responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, managing intakes and discharges, monitoring medications, and ensuring a safe living environment. You will also document consumer interactions and advocate for individuals with severe mental illness as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
