People Operations Specialist

The People Operations Specialist at Mejuri is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the People function, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and employee data updates. This role involves handling the People ticketing queue, administering various employee programs, ensuring payroll accuracy, and maintaining data integrity across multiple systems. The Specialist will also focus on improving operational processes and implementing automation where possible, while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
