What the job really is

As a Remote Enrollment Specialist at Medsien, you will leverage your skills as a Certified Medical Assistant to educate and enroll patients in Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. Your role will involve making outbound calls to eligible patients, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring they understand the benefits of these programs. You will work closely with clinic staff and maintain accurate records to support patient care and achieve enrollment goals.
