Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing client implementations from kickoff to deployment, ensuring successful delivery of solutions and fostering long-term client relationships. This role involves developing project plans, facilitating client sessions, managing configurations, and acting as a liaison between clients and the development team. The position also includes creating training materials and supporting cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes.
