What the job really is

As an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist at May Mobility, you will ensure a safe and positive experience for riders and customers by monitoring autonomous vehicles in real-time, addressing technical issues, and coordinating logistics. You will also train and support Autonomous Vehicle Operators, maintain performance records, and interact with the public as an ambassador for the technology. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service.
