Senior Decision Scientist, Measurement & Insights

As a Senior Decision Scientist at Maven Clinic, you will connect various aspects of clinical product, member experience, and AI initiatives to create cohesive reporting and insights. Your role involves building cross-functional reports, designing scalable data architecture, and establishing shared metrics and best practices to enhance decision-making across teams. You will also mentor other analysts and ensure that insights are translated into actionable direction for stakeholders.

• Base salary range is $174,000 - $205,000, but individual pay decisions depend on various factors
• Role requires active work authorization in the US
