Payment Operations Associate

As a Payment Operations Associate at Maven Clinic, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims related to fertility treatments and other family health services. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing appeals for denied claims, communicating with insurance representatives, verifying member eligibility, and coordinating payments while maintaining and improving standard operating procedures for revenue cycle management.
