What they actually want (must-haves)
  • JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, or eligibility to register as in-house counsel where required
  • 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including meaningful in-house experience (ideally at a high-growth technology company)
  • Strong substantive experience in data privacy and product counseling
  • Working experience in marketing/consumer protection and commercial contracts

  • Comfort using AI-assisted legal tools and a bias toward automating repetitive work
