What the job really is

As an AI Project Reviewer at MasterClass, you will evaluate learner submissions based on detailed rubrics, providing pass/fail judgments and constructive feedback to help learners improve. You will collaborate with product and learning design teams to refine assessment criteria and ensure consistency in evaluations, while documenting your reasoning behind decisions. This freelance role requires around 20 hours of work per week and offers flexible engagement based on project needs.
