What the job really is

As an Automation & AI Developer at Martell Group, you will manage and enhance the automation systems that support Martell Media, including payment processing, CRM management, and AI features for coaching products. Your role involves building and maintaining internal services, developing production AI features, and ensuring compliance and deliverability of communications. You will also empower your team by creating repeatable processes and tools to improve efficiency.
