What the job really is

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at MarqVision, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process across various business functions including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Your role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, building structured interview plans, and maintaining talent pipelines. You will also analyze recruiting data to improve hiring efficiency and contribute to employer branding efforts.
