What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in application consulting, marketing technology, campaign operations, CRM, marketing automation, or a similar technical consulting role
  • Strong hands-on experience with campaign execution, campaign configuration, programme builds, and marketing automation workflows
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one major marketing technology platform, such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Braze or a comparable CRM or marketing automation tool
  • Advanced understanding of campaign execution processes, including requirements assessment, technical debriefing, build, QA, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation
  • Ability to independently assess, develop, and maintain scalable, future-proof campaign solutions
  • Experience contributing to or consulting on campaign solution design from scratch
Nice to have
  • Relevant platform certifications or accreditations are an advantage, depending on the technology stack, such as AJO certification, Adobe Campaign certification, Braze, or similar
  • Strong passion for Marketing Technology and staying abreast of the latest AI developments
What the job really is
