What the job really is

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at MANSCAPED, you will implement and manage the QA process for enterprise applications, focusing on testing strategies, writing and executing test cases, and verifying bug fixes. You will collaborate with business leaders and development teams to ensure effective communication throughout the testing and delivery of enhancements, while also leading UAT calls and maintaining documentation of test results. Your role will involve hands-on testing of ERP and e-commerce systems, including Oracle NetSuite, and coordinating with both onsite and offshore QA teams.
