What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting APIs
  • Strong experience building and managing complex REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in sprint-based delivery cycles
Nice to have
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and setting up automated testing pipelines
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and strong foundational knowledge of ITSM principles (ITIL v4 certification is a plus)
