Program Lead, Onboarding & Certification

The Program Lead, Onboarding & Certification at Lyft will oversee the onboarding, certification, and provisioning processes for team members at Autonomous Vehicle (AV) partnership sites. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring compliance with training and certification requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage escalations and implement process improvements.
