Director, Regulatory Affairs

The Director of Regulatory Affairs will lead the global regulatory strategy for CAR-T cell therapies, overseeing their development from early clinical stages to licensure. This role involves representing the regulatory team in cross-functional meetings, managing interactions with health authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also includes mentoring junior staff and staying updated on emerging regulations in the cell and gene therapy field.

• Salary range of $210,000 to $260,000 annually
