What the job really is

As a Technical Service Engineer at Lunar Energy, you will provide remote support to installation partners and Field Service Engineers, serving as a subject-matter expert on Lunar products. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring site issues, and analyzing telemetry data to improve installation processes. The role requires some local and national travel, primarily based in Mountain View, CA.
