Operations Service Technician I

As an Operations Service Technician I at Lumos, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining fiber optic services and equipment in both residential and business settings. Your daily tasks will include setting up fiber facilities, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and performing data entry related to service orders. You will work closely with customers and the Service Operations Center to ensure reliable connectivity and may be required to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
