Respiratory Therapist - Registered - Float Pool

The Respiratory Therapist in the Float Pool provides respiratory therapy to patients, administering medical gas therapy and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments. Responsibilities include preparing care plans in collaboration with advanced practitioners, reviewing patient charts, operating and maintaining equipment, and monitoring patients for adverse reactions during therapy.
