Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer – Plastics & Composite (Powertrain)

As a Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer at Lucid, you will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing methods for automotive plastic and composite components. Your role will involve providing design feedback, managing supplier quality issues, and ensuring that products meet ambitious specifications throughout the development and launch phases. You will also be responsible for conducting supplier assessments and driving process improvements while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
