What the job really is

The Chief Building Engineer will lead the Engineering team, managing all aspects of building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role involves overseeing contractor work, preparing budgets, and ensuring tenant satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration. The Chief Engineer will also supervise and train staff, conduct inspections, and enforce safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulations.
