Director, FP&A

The Director of FP&A at Loyal will be responsible for establishing and running the financial planning and analysis function as the company transitions from a clinical-stage organization to a commercial one. This role involves owning the financial model, partnering with R&D and manufacturing teams, and building the FP&A infrastructure from the ground up, including selecting an FP&A platform and developing reporting standards. The position requires a proactive individual who can operate autonomously and embrace opportunities for automation and efficiency.
