What the job really is

As a Process Technician at LotusWorks, you will be responsible for machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure device quality and compliance while enhancing process output and reducing costs. Your daily tasks will include monitoring production equipment, conducting quality control inspections, maintaining documentation for compliance, and adhering to safety protocols. You will also support the training of new team members and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
