What the job really is

The Operations Specialist Intern at LotusWorks will support Operations & Maintenance activities within semiconductor manufacturing facilities. Day-to-day tasks include tracking operational priorities, analyzing performance data, assisting with maintenance planning, and supporting documentation and reporting efforts. The role provides hands-on experience in facility operations and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with various teams.
