HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst at Loenbro is responsible for managing and enhancing HR technology applications, particularly the Greenhouse talent acquisition platform. This role involves configuring applications, supporting integrations, developing testing plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that HR technology effectively meets organizational needs. The analyst will also manage vendor relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes.
