What the job really is

As an Onsite Support Engineer at Locus Robotics, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of autonomous robots at a customer site in Fort Worth, TX. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, managing workflows, and analyzing operational data to enhance efficiency. You will also act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, providing feedback and support for product development.
