What they actually want (must-haves)

What the job really is

The Access & Reimbursement Manager will act as a key resource in a designated territory, focusing on educating healthcare providers about payer requirements and reimbursement processes related to cardiovascular products. This role involves developing access plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance while assisting in patient access and reimbursement issue resolution. The ARM will also monitor payer policies and provide insights to improve access services.
