What the job really is

The Access & Reimbursement Manager will work in the field to support patient access by educating healthcare providers on payer requirements and reimbursement processes. This role involves developing territory access plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance while addressing patient-level access issues. The ARM will also monitor payer policies and provide insights to improve access services.
