What the job really is

The Access & Reimbursement Manager will act as a key resource for patient access and reimbursement within a designated territory, focusing on educating healthcare providers about payer requirements and reimbursement processes. This role involves developing territory access plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance while addressing patient-level access issues. The ARM will also monitor payer policies and provide insights to improve access services for clients' products.
