What the job really is

The Access & Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for educating healthcare providers on payer requirements and reimbursement processes to ensure patient access to products. This role involves developing territory access plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and documenting activities in a CRM. The ARM will also monitor payer policies and provide insights to improve access and reimbursement solutions for clients in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
