What the job really is

The Player Protection Analyst is responsible for reviewing customer accounts for signs of harm and managing risks associated with gambling activities. This role involves direct communication with customers through phone calls, emails, and live chats to provide guidance on safer gambling practices. The analyst will assess customer behavior, document interactions, and implement interventions as needed to ensure player protection.
