What the job really is

As a Network Operations Engineer at Litmos, you will be part of the CloudOps team responsible for monitoring and maintaining a multi-cloud infrastructure primarily on Azure, with some AWS components. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to alerts, diagnosing incidents, executing patches, and improving operational processes. You will also participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation to ensure system availability and security.
