What the job really is

As a Support Engineer (Tier 1) at Litify, you will be part of the Customer Success team, providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients using Litify's products built on the Salesforce platform. Your daily tasks will include addressing complex technical issues, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, and creating knowledge articles to enhance customer experience. You will also perform basic configuration changes in Salesforce and engage in special projects related to product support.
