Social Worker - Looked After Children

As a Social Worker in the Looked After Children Team, you will manage a caseload of children in local authority care, developing and reviewing personalized care plans. Your role involves ensuring safe and stable placements, promoting children's health and education, maintaining contact through visits, and collaborating with families and professionals. You will also advocate for children's voices in decision-making and support them through transitions such as reunification or adoption.
