What the job really is

As a Social Worker in the Older People's Mental Health Team at Oldham, you will be responsible for completing Care Act assessments, support plans, and reviews, including Section 117 Reviews. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to enhance the independence and wellbeing of residents in the area.
