Social Worker – Mental Health

The role of the Adult’s Social Worker in the Mental Health team involves supporting adults with mental health difficulties through strengths-based and person-centred interventions. Daily tasks include conducting Care Act assessments, managing a varied caseload, leading safeguarding inquiries, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and positive outcomes for clients.
